Tori posted a new video on her official website!

Now that we were officially on our “Baby-Cation”, we were getting closer and closer to welcoming Finn into our family. The morning of Finn’s arrival (we had a scheduled C-section, so we knew exactly when we’d meet our littlest one) I had a million thoughts and feelings running through my head. While I was super excited to welcome our newest babe into the family, I was totally caught off-guard by how sad I was that this would be my last morning EVER as a pregnant woman.

With Liam & Stella, I knew after each pregnancy that Dean and I wanted to have more kids. Although I was sad when those pregnancies ended (It may be weird, but I LOVE being pregnant), I knew that we’d eventually have more kids. When we had Hattie, we thought that we probably wanted one more babe, if we were lucky enough to be blessed with one, so I held out hope that I would get to wear my bump proud one more time.

But with Finn, both Dean and I knew that this was probably it for us in the baby-making department. Since Finn’s pregnancy was so difficult and dangerous, we knew that if we could make it through this one and make it to the finish line with a happy and healthy baby, that our family would be complete. So there was a sense of sadness when I woke up on the morning of Finn’s big arrival, because I knew that this was the last time that I would ever have one of my sweet babes in my belly.

Now don’t get me wrong… I was SO excited to meet baby, and was so proud that we had made it to the finish line together… I just wanted to keep him in my belly a little longer!

Sometimes you just have to know when to say when.

Although Tori Spelling adores being a mother to a full household – and is one of the lucky women who enjoys the whole pregnancy experience – she realizes that it’s now time to hang up the maternity jeans.

On her ToriSpelling.com website, Tori has been chronicling the dramatic story of her fourth pregnancy and the birth of son Finn. As fans know, she developed serious complications during this time and had to be hospitalized for a time to prevent premature delivery. Finally, at 37 weeks Finn was delivered by scheduled C-section.

The mom-to-be woke on delivery day with mixed emotions. Tori says, “While I was super excited to welcome our newest babe into the family, I was totally caught off-guard by how sad I was that this would be my last morning EVER as a pregnant woman.”

She and husband Dean McDermott knew that they wanted a large family, so it was a given that they tried for more babies after first Liam, then Stella, were born. Third child Hattie came as a happy blessing. Then just a few months after her birth, the couple found out that their hopes of having yet another baby were coming true.

When Tori Spelling delivered son Finn Davey in August, there wasn’t a whole lot of time for husband Dean McDermott to find the perfect push present. But you can’t really blame the guy. He and Spelling more than have their hands full with three other kids together — Liam Aaron, 5½, Stella Doreen, 4½, and Hattie Margaret, 15 months.

“I got a call from Dean and he said he was really late but he wanted to get Tori a very special push present to celebrate the birth of baby Finn,” jeweler Neil Lane, who designed the couple’s wedding bands and most recently created an antique gold and coral ring for their sixth anniversary, tells PEOPLE exclusively.

“He wanted something pretty, but different. He really cares and said he’d been thinking about it for a long time.”

While Lane offered an array of options, including an Indian vintage ring and a rare amethyst, McDermott honed in on a jade and gold ring from the celebrity jeweler’s collection.

Acquired in China in the 1920s, the 10-carat cabochon-cut jade stone with a fancy gold filigree design has the original delicate Chinese hallmarks. “Tori loves green, she loves perfectly rounded stones like this one and the abstract floral style is just beautiful,” Lane explains.

McDermott surprised Spelling with it around the holidays and the gift was a hit. “Dean adores her and he looks at jewelry as a connection to the relationship [to mark] milestones in their life,” says Lane. “The ring was a token of his love, affection and appreciation of their love and this new baby. They’re really happy and romantic!”

After almost 2 years with no updates.. we finally have a new layout at the main site and at the gallery! The layout header was made by Kimberly and it was coded by me. I hope that you all like it as much as I do! I have been working on this all evening. This site has a new (old) owner! I helped Jennifer with the site years ago. I took a break and Chelsa ran the site in 2011. I am so happy that Gertie let me have the site! We will finally have regular updates again.
